BT Converse 1200 ... phone was bought for me to use in my office for my telesales job and it is brilliant. The speed dial option vastly increased my work rate and the speaker volume option allowed me to adjust to the conversation at the time. in particular i would advise using this phone with a headset. (if you are making a large volume of calls) It has a built in headset option that allows for a very quick response between ending and beginning new calls. I am also impressed by the chord on this phone. I was constantly having problems with my old phone chord becoming tangled but this one is very durable to such ailments. Polycom Soundpoint Pro ... office bought this conference phone from Nimans for £211.25 and we do not think it is of good value. The speaker is ok and the whole room can hear the conversation. But the microphone is not too good you still need to sit close or lean forward while speaking. Sometimes it looks like the line dropped as it goes suddenly very quite and you get concerned if the other side can hear you. I suppose this does not happen to all the phones because our office actually bought two of this phone and only one has this problem.
