BT Relate 2100 ... reasonably sturdy "home-office "style of corded phone from BT, the Relate 2100 sits on my office desk at home. My 84 year old Dad finds it much easier to use than the other (cordless) phones in the house, so he gravitates towards it when he wants to make a call. I find the best features are the pretty good quality speakerphone and the large display area. When the phone isn t in use the display logs incoming or missed calls at a glance, SMS and the time & date. When in use, it logs the length of the call and the callers ID (if supplied). The memories are easy to programme and access and, if you use BT 1571 answering service there is also a one-button acc... It s so easy to use - just plug it in and you can instantly call all your friends to brag about your fabulous new phone! I bought this phone a good few years ago and it is still working as well as the day I bought it. ~Features~ adjustable ring volume wall mountable in-call duration timer number display 10 number memory store timer to show the duration of the last call last number redial There is also a sec button but I am not sure what this is for. When you receive the phone it is in 4 pieces. There is a long cable, a base unit, one of those short spiral cables (can t think what they are called) and the handset.
