Advantages: See internal and External with caller Id

Disadvantages: network cabel is quite frustrating to fit in

I use this phone at my work i has a screen on it so ie lets you see whos phone whether there an external or internal caller. On exrenal phone calls it shows you the callers Id which i like and you can tranfer phone call to other pick up groups or foward them to voicemail.

Some of these phones have a slot with a callers directory which is quite usefull. It's really difficult to fit the network cable in to the phone you have to pop the bottom of the phone off there some catches under the phone where you have thread it into out you very small hands then you have to lodge the bottom of the phone back on which is very fiddly. The cable once fitted is also quite easily dislodged just by simply moving the phone on the desk. The ring volume on the phone isn't that loud in a busy office enviroment.

Overall it is a good handset easy to use with good feautures.
