I have had this phone for over a year and despite it being rated only two stars by the other reviewer I on the other hand think the phone is OK. The main difference is the fact that I am using this phone in my home and not a business. It must be noted that because this phone is cordless there shouldn't be any intereference which is much more viable in a business environment. The model which I own is grey and therefore it shows less dirt. This phone can easily go around a medium sized house without losing signal. There is a speaker phone function which is very useful although once the person on the sending end shouts or something reasonably loud happens the speakers do cut out completely for a few seconds. When the speaker phone is used constantly the battery does get worn out quicker. The phone comes with two AAA recharageable batteries which are NI-MH and have an output of 300 mAH therefore replacements can be bought widely. The charger pod isn't very stable though therefore if I gets knocked over the phone won't charge and when batteries are worn out the product may die overnight which isn't helpful. Overall you get what you pay for, you should try and avoid this phone unless you are desperate for a speaker phone and there aren't other alternatives.
