We have only recently had a phone line installed as part of package with Sky and only wanted a very basic small telephone. The BT Duet 20 seemed ideal and was under £15 on Amazon! Amazing value!

The BT Duet 20 is a small gondola shaped phone in white plastic. It has a Call Indicator Light that flashes red when a call come through and identifies a phone call if you have the sound off. You have 3 settings for the ringer; high low or off. I find the high is too loud in our small lounge but the low is just right and isn't too piercing. The phone has a basis touch tone keypad with additional buttons for redial, secrecy and call waiting.

The phone can be mounted on a desk or wall or sits on a shelf/table easily without taking up too much room.

It gives a clear and crisp sound and it so easy to use.

I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a basic telephone at a bargain price! We love it and it is just right for what we required!
