I have owned this phone for about two years now and it has sat firmly on my computer desk since without any problem. It has been used on two service providers, BT and Virgin Media, and has never developed a fault. It's a basic straightforward handset which suits me down the ground. The BT Duet 60 is a simple, small and cheap phone. It is very easy to set up, you just plug it into the phone socket and it will work. You do not need to go through any fancy installation things like with many newer phones. It is easy to use because of its simplicity and lack of features. It doesn't have answer phone or much else except a phone, so it only has the number buttons and a few other buttons.
