Poor sound quality, cheap cordless phone (BT Graphite 1100)

An affordable cordless phone is how I would market this, and that is true. But you most certainly get what you pay for. When the other person picks up on the other end of a call, they sound like they are trapped in a small room and echo's rebound from everywhere, you can hear about 5 voices at once! Now I realise this could have been my line or one handset, so I tried totally different models and they are fine, so the graphite sound quality is poor in my honest opinion.

Other than that good build quality of black plastic, with a base for each handset, small round pebble shape that sits on your desk nicely. The main handset has a base with answer phone built in and hence more buttons, each satellite handset has no buttons but just a power light to charge it.

Each seperate base requires a seperate mains adapter, so just be warned if you are in a small office and want 4 handsets then you need four spare plugs!

Summary: Poor sound lets this handset down big time.
