I have had several different corded and uncorded phones over the years and these are definately the best I have come across. They are very light phones which is nice when your on the phone often. They have nice, not penetrating, ring tones which you can change the volume of either on the base station or the handset. It has a built in answering machine that can be accessed out loud via the base stattion or listened to privately on the handset.
