When the other person picks up on the other end of a call, they sound like they are trapped in a small room and echo s rebound from everywhere, you can hear about 5 voices at once! ... have had this phone for over a year and despite it being rated only two stars by the other reviewer I on the other hand think the phone is OK. The main difference is the fact that I am using this phone in my home and not a business. It must be noted that because this phone is cordless there shouldn t be any intereference which is much more viable in a business environment. The model which I own is grey and therefore it shows less dirt. This phone can easily go around a medium sized house without losing signal.
