... would never buy another Philips Dect phone. Since we have bought our dual set, we have not been happy with it. At first, it was simply a matter of battery life. We would take the phone off the hook at full battery power, make a call and after forty-five minutes, the battery would be irritatingly bleeping because it has almost run out. Since, however, the problem has become worse. One of the two phones no longer rings or displays Caller ID and the sound when answering a call is extremely muffled.
