An integral answering machine with up to 15 minutes recording time is the highlight of the TCD220. It is easily operated from the handset. An LED indicates that messages have been received. As well as this, the recording time can also be used for the voice recording of callers' names, whose numbers are stored in the phone book. In this case, the TCD220 does not ring but announces the caller's name. The TCD220 also has a second phone book in the base station. A further 20 names and numbers can be stored here.
