I bought this phone on ebay for £35 with twin handsets as they were on clearence. It works really well with a good range and I can use it down the end of our 100m long garden without any problems. The base station is a complete phone by itself, and doubles as an extra phone (as well as being an ansa phone). I do find it difficult to transfer calls between handsets, and still walk around the house and hand the phone over. That said, there is hold music during the transfer process, which is great for a business from home. When the battery gets low the phone cuts off without warning and the call is lost.
