      Disadvantages

      Suitable for limited use

We bought this phone from argos as it was the cheapest in the catalogue and we needed a phone straight away. The phone only came in one colour which is black, which is quite versatile in most homes, including ours. The screen is easy to see and the text is easy to read, although it has proved to be pretty worthless as it does not show who is calling from the address list or even a number. The stand is rather small which has its benefits, although this means that it often falls over! The ring volume is relatively low, and would not wake you in the night, which can be a plus, but if it is an important call, this is unfortunate. The message recorder is useful and even if you have a set up voicemail with your phone company, your messages still save to the handset which saves you calling up for your messages. The buttons are large enough for most people and are easy to press. On another slight negative note, volume on the phone itself is also low, which means it is difficult to hear the person on the other line.

Overall it is quite simplistic but useable, mainly is you have limited use, like us as we use mobiles more regularly, but I would reccommend paying a little bit more for a better phone, as this one was not actually very cheap!
