These Philips phones were bought to replace an older Philips system that had decided to pack in. They are not a particularly fancy home phone, not having features like a colour screen etc. They are a typical, workhorse modern cordless phone for a home. The phones themselves may look slightly bulky but the are a nice size in practice and fit the hand and head profile nicely.
