Advantages: Nice colour

Disadvantages: Bulky, low on features and poor range

That’s a good idea – a digital cordless phone with a range of up to 300 metres and you can even have up to 6 handsets on one line without any wiring of new sockets!

It would be a good idea if it worked.

Fortunately I only bought two of these rather bulky phones.

They are really chunky, far too big for a pocket, and considering their size they are also very short on features.

The second handset has a speakerphone option, which is nice, but there is little to recommend the overall design.

I admit that my house has thick stone walls, but these phones do not even work from room to room, never mind 300 metres!

I took them to the office, thinking I could use them there. Unfortunately, even though there are no internal stone walls, the distance you can use them away from the handset is a great disappointment.

When will a company bring out a reliable little digital phone, with all the features of a mobile, that has a reasonable range from the base station? Now that’s a good idea!
