Philips Onis Memo 6511:
... be charged on the charger; answer machine turning itself on/off; inability to disconect a call without removing the battery; buttons not working and then sticking on and producing multiple numbers. All I need is some new rubber button sheets - but do you think Philips have produced a number or address where we can easily purchase such items? Of course not - in their handbook and on the internet they only pub... Read the full review: Philips Onis 2 Memo by Colin E Orman |

Philips Onis 6311 ... phone is simply not good enough. Having read the other opinions here it seems that there are a number of design flaws that Philips should have picked up at the testing phase. Instead they have released onto the market a phone that is just not up to the job. After a mere 7 months use, the green 'talk' button has gone soft with the result that when you try to answer an incoming call you end up pressing the button many times in a vain attempt to answer. Many, many times I have had people hang up before I was able to get this phone to finally answer. Also, many times, even with brand new fully charged batteries and standing right next to the base unit, the phone ... Read the full review: Do Not Buy This Phone by greenpolyester |

Philips Onis 6311 ... some new rechargeables (of same type/rating) and tried again. Problem persisted off and on. We then moved house, and, for some reason that's beyond me, I then bought an additional handset for another room, and this too worked OK. In fact it's still working OK, but occupies the base station, as the original one does not work at all, regardless of battery changes etc. Phoned Philips several times, and was given less than 'interested' service. As I recall I was then put on to another company to order replacement batteries, at my cost. An additional problem is that we use NTL in our new house, and when we subscribed to the caller ID service,... Read the full review: Never again by kieranmoore |

Philips Onis 6311 ... have (had) 3 of these phones on two lines with one as an add on to one of the base stations. All worked fine at first but eventually the batteries failed to charge on one phone, changing batteries did not fix. Philips wanted the phone back to fix with no replacement but that would leave me without a phone, not their problem. Eventually I persuaded them to part with a replacement and they priced up a repair to the phone at such a high price that I was forced to buy a new one. I dont know why but I stuck with Philips and bought the model Onis 200 a far superior phone which has not let me down yet. I am now having problems with my other Onis 2 phones and need to re...
