Looking for a new cordless telephone and answering machine then look no further than the Samsung SP-R5150 digital cordless answering machine. As this telephone is of the new DETC standard the quality of reception is superb.

The answer machine side of this telephone comes with a pre-recorded greeting or you can record a more personal greeting yourself, but in my case the pre-recorded version is far better than my West Country accent!

The answering machine can hold up to 50 mins of messages and can also be accessed remotely via another phone and pin number.

You have all the features of a high tech phone at a reasonable cost, and when in use the phone has a range of 300 meters between hand set and base unit.

The only disadvantage is that the base unit has to be placed on a flat surface, as there is no means of wall mounting.
