Since i bought my samsung dect (digitally enhanced cordless phone) i would never dream of going back to a corded or normal cordless phone. Superb quality in or out of the house and even sounds clear in the middle of the street. Looks very stylish and lasts about two days off the base set without recharging. Has an optional belt clip for if your outside or around the house. Several other features such as changable ring tones, music on hold, quick dial and my favourite which enables you to put a message on the face of the phone. Maybe there are too many phones in my life but for some reason this realy wigs me out. I am so used to dialing the number then hitting the little green button for send that i can't stop doing it. The trouble is that this phon requires you to do it in advance of dialing the number. If you have already dialed it the number just clears. I know this is a minor point but it catches me out every time. Apart from this it is a good piece of kit. The battery lasts about 2 days if left off the base. The best bit is the paging system.
