Logik LOG26LW782 ... are buying your child this television there is a parental control function so your children wont see anything they should'nt be. This Television displays clear, bright images in 16:9 format on its big 26'' LCD screen, Also it has a digital Freeview tuner, so you can watch lots of TV programmes in High Definition. The Cheapest i have seen this television for is £333 Inc. Panasonic TX-32LXD700F ... buttons to go up/go down/view TV guide etc. I won't go into too many more details. Making the TV work with the DVD player/Hard Drive is simple enough as well. Simply press AV to take you away from the TV and onto the DVD Player, and you're away. This may seem insignificant to some, but the remote control is well laid out and feels good in the hand. All the buttons are clearly marked, and you'd have a hard job going wrong with it. I mention this only because I can't bear it when a remote control is like an aeroplane cockpit. Grundig Vivance 32 LXW 82-6710 REF ... quality - When watching analog TV, good. Watching HD 720p, bad. Contrast could be bigger, i'm watching with maximum. No dynamic contrast. Matt screen. Sound quality - Pretty normal when listening with TV speakers, very-very bad when using headphones. (low quality amplifier = background noise) Overall look - Nice. Silver and white. Connections - Nothing special. Some scarts and component connections. Only 1 HDMI & VGA. Price - Little bit too high for a low-end lcd tv.
