niklas89 Technika LCD22-208: ... bought this Tv as an upgrade to my old 14" JVC TV which was about 10 years old and took up an awful lot of space considering its small screen size. When I bought my Playstation 3, I decided that now would be a good time to upgrade, after looking around for a number of weeks and not finding anything in the price range I was looking at, being in my bedroom, the TV isnt used an awful lot, I was doing my weekly sh...

jammedfool Technika LCD22-208
... Technika LCD22-208. Its a TV, DVD player and freeview box all-in-one, plus it has HD capability, which is nice. However, there are a few issues with it. It isn t the only 22" LCD TV with all these features on it, nor is it the best i m sure. For example, build quality may be an issue, where i need to string up my RF cable (the aerial cable) to prevent it from falling out or even just bending the socket a little, which i have found causes a little interference on some channels. Tuning the TV is easy, it has a simple to use auto-tune function, the only problem with it is finding it on the menu, which goes for most settings on the menu as well, although the differe...

moneyman Technika LCD42-M5
... needed a new TV and after looking around at all the options.....I decided to go with the cheapest! That night my family and i watched war of the worlds on our new, 42" HD ready television and were all suitably impressed with our purchase. I can honestly say that we have had no problems in almost 2 years and (going on personal experience) would recommend the TV to others. As they say,"you get what you pay for". I have no complaints about the picture quality, Although, the Sound could be better, and it is, in all, a unspectacular TV, but its a good looking set, and is value for money(I managed to pick it up for £360). However, my brother purchased the sa...

... setting everything sounds like its underwater. It s fine for watching films and TV, but don t expect a cinema experience. Overall: If this TV has cost me £250+, I d be slightly disappointed with it. But as it was £185, I wasn t expecting to be blown away. Picture quality is average to good, sound quality is average, but it does look fairly smart sat in a bedroom. The in-built DVD player is a fantastic bonus. Good value for money, no doubt, but don t expect a cinematic experience. Perfect as a bedroom or kitchen TV though. It comes with 1 year warranty from Tesco. Technika is their own brand, and I believe they are manufactured by Hitachi using older Samsung LCD units....
