I was more than a little concerned by this point so I again returned the TV, but this time I asked for a different set, hence my Op on my new Sony Wega 14".... I still don't think the Aiwa was that bad, I just think I had bad luck because I know somebody else who's had the same TV for a year with no problems so I wont change my thoughts below.

I only bought this TV yesterday so my opinion may change over time. So far the set seems to be ok. Some of the features included are Nicam HiFi Stereo, Q Surround , Bass boost, Fastext, Sleep/Wake timer, 2 scart sockets and 1 front AV connection. The sound from the set is pretty cool so far and when I stuck Independance Day on my VCR the sound was very good for a 14" TV.
