After many weekends of endless LCD shopping, I finally came across the deal of the century with this Bush 32" LCD Television. I'll be completely honest, I am not a technophile. I have no idea what 16:9 , a Resolution of 1366-768, or a Brightness of 600cd/m squared means, I don't speak TV language. =)
What I DO know, is this.....
1.) The Picture is Nearly Flawless:
Even when i'm sitting 20 ft away at the very end of my long living room, I can see my favourite shows and movies as clear as day. In all honesty, no, i'ts not as completely "flawless" as some of those high class Plasma's or even the Sony Bravia's etc... but, i'm not looking for scary amounts of perfection. I just wanna clear easy to see picture.
2.) It's Relatively Lightweight and Easy to Move:
My last TV seemed like it weighed as much as me ummmm 9 stone....OK OK , fine, I'll fess up....9 and a HALF STONE. That being said, I was less than happy about relocating that heavy monstrosity. This LCD though, probably weighs as much as one of my legs =).
In other words, if you ever need to move this into different rooms or different areas of the same room etc.. you'l not break your back.
3.) Very Sleek Design and Look:
I'm a total sucker for silver and chrome. One of the things that really drew me to this TV was in fact, the look. So many of the other LCD's I looked at just didn't seem as cool looking, or they were black etc.. The stand is also very smooth and doesn't look as cheap as some of the other brands.
4.) Sound is Amaz-za-ZING:
That comment should speak for itself. It doesn't sound echo-ish (is that a word?), or tin-like, or any of the annoying sound problems that some TV's have. Plus, I love that the remote it comes with, turns the sound up and down realllllyl fast, ( This is mostly because I have a mean downstairs neighbor that complains like a *bleep* if the TV is too loud after 9pm), the volume button really comes in handy.
5.) Extremely Inexpensive:
Last but not least, this literally was one of the lowest priced LCD TV's I looked at. I put myself on a 500 pound budget thinking I'd be able to get a semi-decent 32 (or maybe bigger) LCD with that. Yet, since I found this for only 300, I had an extra 200 to spend on a booze cruise to France bringing back PLENTY of booze (mostly wine).
I LOVE , love, LOVE this LCD Television. If, for some reason it broke, I would simply buy the same exact one all over again. It is indeed a steal for the money and you will NOT be disapointed!
