I was so excited to try out this brand as it was not so popular.The price was very attractive indeed for a DVD player,VCR,Stand and a 32 inch wide screen.This happened in 2004 and was very pleased with the performance and the sound quality was superb.The downside came when in the middle of a program the screen blackened out.My first instinct was a fuse blew up.Upon checking the plug it is designed such that you can't open it up.This was a real disappointment because the next option was to buy a new one.I will not be going for this brand again as it only lasted as long as the guarantee.Information about how to contact the company is nowhere to be found. I hope people demand more from this company and everyone considering Bush think again.The DVD player is very good though as it plays even copy discs or home made ones.
