Advantages: Excellent picture quality and amazing 3D surround sound
Disadvantages: No good for connecting to a HD device
Dell W1900
The Dell W1900 HDTV Monitor is quite simply an excellent little TV/monitor. At present I use it as a TV but I've previously used it as a monitor too. The picture clear and the viewing angle is excellent, at no angle can you not see the screen or goes dark. However be warned there is no HDMI socket on the TV so it's no good for connecting to a HD device to play HD films or games (I didn't realise this when I bought it 2 years ago and hadn't learnt much about HD). Although if your planning on playing DVD's etc through the TV, its brilliant. The picture quality is excellent and the 3D sound is the best I've heard. Occasionally I can have the TV on and wonder if the sound system is on, that's how good the sound is. There are many features on the TV including PIP (picture in picture) when you're using it as a monitor. This allows you to watch the TV and be on the computer at the same time (bringing up a small box in a designated corner of the screen to display the TV). I'd recommend this TV to anyone looking for a good quality TV/Monitor that is reliable and provides a wide range of features. However I would NOT recommend for anyone looking for a HD TV to connect a HD devise up to it.
Summary: Great little TV monitor that offers many features

kellylouj - 24.03.08 This kind of all merged into one without really giving too much information pricing and reliability would be much more useful. |
