      Very helpful

Get some speakers and it'd be the same as a much pricier telly.

I have had this TV for just over two years and am pleased with the performance considering how comparitively cheap it was compared to other TVs.

The display is clear and hasn't degraded over time, I mainly use the HD capability in conjunction with my Xbox 360 and the picture is fantastic.

The TV comes with an integrated Freeview box and using the autotune option I was able to find all channels available. Navigating around the menus allows you to change all the usual things like brightness, contrast, colour temperature and audio presets. The interface is presented with yellow text on dark grey background, which is a good contrast so you can read all the text easily.

Basic controls can also be found on the right-hand edge of the TV itself.

Behind the TV there are two DVI connectors and 2 SCART connections along with a aerial jack and audio outputs which I may have to start using (see below).

The sound quality on the TV isn't very good, despite trying my best with the audio presets. The speakers run along the bottom of the TV and although it looks good the sound is noticeably tinny. I have to mark the TV down on this because it's really annoying when there's a cool fight scene in a movie or something and the speakers can't cope.

Also when the TV is on for long periods there is a weird smell when you go near it, like burning plastic. This is a source of concern although I haven't been able to pinpoint where it's coming from. I would suspect that this is a result of the budget build quality.
