I bought this TV last year from an online company in the UK. Basically I wanted a large screen LCD for the following:
1. Attaching my main desktop PC.
2. Playing XBOX 360.
I bought this screen over other screens because of it's reasonable price and fast response time. (8ms) A fast response time means less motion blurring during fast action and movement. The screen also came with a 2 year warranty which provided some reassurance as this was my first LCD screen of any type.
The screen arrived in perfect condition and with no dead pixels.
I now have my desktop outputting to the screen at 1280X960 via the VGA port and have the XBOX 360 plugged in to one on the Component connections for HD gaming. Perfect! The TV is outstanding for bedroom use. It's connections are probably unbeatable for someone who wants to use the TV for the same things as I do.
I have tried the Q321 as a living room TV and it's pretty good via Sky RGB scart although my family choose to buy a second LCD for living room use. I use the Q321 for bedroom\study use only. There are much better living room TV's out there in my opinion, but very few to beat it if you want to connect a PC, consoles etc.
The TV has a DVI port and no HDMI port, although it as two banks of component connectors rather than the normal one. Basically you can connect Sky HD and a 360 by component if you wish.
The TV has detachable speakers, which is quite unique. Not that many LCD's have that.
The sound is pretty good, motion and colour are good. The TV has a digital tuner, although I have not used it.
Apparently some users of this TV have complained of lip sync issues and problems with the digital TV tuner. The set also does not have a HDMI port whcih may be limiting in the future.
I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this screen. Especially if you can get a good price and warranty scheme.
