I bought this set as I recall JVC as a brand standing for excellent quality. Pros: Installation was easy and straight forward as it was merrely pluged in and switched on. The contrast ratio works ok for signals coming through the cable. Cons: The contrast ratio is insufficent for high quality pictures, like those from a DVD. Worst: The set is very sensible to burn in pictures or shadows. After a short time of use, we had a dark shadow in the middle of the screen. It does state in the manual burn ins may occour. Belive it! As the shadow is mostly seen on green backgrounds (socker) we don t see it that often though. Some times the tele text is not working. A yellowish ...
