This television has been one of the better electrical items I have purchased and has lasted me around two years currently. It is cheaper than a lot of the TV's on the market , at twenty six inches I found that is best suited as a bedroom tv , as it is a bit too small for a lounge or living room. talking about the TV itself though it is solid and trustworthy , it delivers the crisp image you would expect. The LCD part of it means it is a little outdated now and quite heavy but if you can ignore the temptation of a better lit tv this is a great performer. it has an attractive appearance and looks great too! I can definitely recommend it though its got an easy to understand menu and controller and if you are looking for a TV to work in hd then this will also do that for you with ease!
Having had the TV for nearly a month now, I can honestly say I am very impressed at the quality for the price I payed for.
A well designed TV that would look good in many a room, the 26" screen is the perfect 'bedrrom' TV as I like to call them. Small enough to fit in the bedroom, but plenty big enough to enjoy the picture.
Firstly, the picture. Coming with 720 HD, so not the full spec 1080, but still a very good quality. Used mainly for use with the Playstation 3, the difference between this LG and the previous TV I owned is massive. A lot crisper and smoother, and more defined picture makes for a real good viewing. Obviously, a 1080 HD would have been perfectly nice, but for the uses I have for this TV, the 720 HD is more than good enough.
The sound I also find very good. I am used tothese 'smaller' TV's having a poor sound range...Too quiet or too loud. However, with the LG, I feel the mid-range volumes are great, which is good for watching TV at night whilst others are trying to sleep. So many times with previous TV's, I have woke people up with it been too loud, or I have not been able to hear the people speaking. But I have had no such problems with the LG. Obviously, with a surround sound or home cinema system the noise would be a lot better. But I think the sound is more than acceptable for the bedroom.
The TV remote is a nice size, and easy to navigate. The biggish buttons mean that the incorrect numbers aren't pressed, and it is easy to find your way around the menus because of the well labelled buttons on the remote. Also, safe to say, you shouldn't lose it either!
This is my first LCD TV I bought around end of 2010.
Actually I wanted to buy the 32 inch version. But for my room, that size will be quite big. Then I decided to buy this version.
The design is very good.
It has good quality picture. I also use it for my xbox 360 and doing great.
But its sound quality is just acceptable. Do not expect too much for the sound quality.
You can adjust sounds and picture for cinema, sports and games by using the remote control.
(the remote control is big enough to have the TV in control, added with its Simple menus)
It is what I like from this TV.
The knobs well placed in the right side of the body.
They are very useful if you out of remote control battery.
The other thing I want to mention here is its stand. It is bit unstable as my experience.
But if you want to place in on the wall, that will solve the issue.
As my only purpose to having TV is to watch it, I do not have other specific things to say.
In short, I am satisfied with this model. I like the design, the picture and the sound (I am not a music lover).
I am enjoying it everyday without problems.
I think that's all people needs from a TV :)
This television was bought for me for my birthday and i have used it nearly everyday now. This LCD flatscreen has a shiny finish around the edge of the screen and comes with a remote control which is easy to understand and navigate. It is HD up to 720p which is not full HD but for my purposes it looks fantastic. The colour contrast of 30000:1 provides clear cut images with no fuzzing around the edges. The digital tuner found channels during tuning within a couple of minutes. The tv itself has 2 HDMI sockets, 1 RBG, 1 USB port and various other inputs/outputs. The tv is very stylish and has a good field of view with 26 inches being the perfect size for a bedroom as it doesn't dominate but still is big enough to enjoy movies on. Like all LG products they are good looking with good value price-wise.
Overall a well featured tv with a good number of specification details to be desired for the price being paid. The HD viewing is much better than standard televison too.
You know it's time to start enjoying high definition and the LD350 is an easy way to get into it. This is a beautiful LCD with all of the innovations that make LG TVs a better viewing experience.
