INTRODUCTION

After my old TV giving up the ghost, it was time to purchase a new one. I decided this time to go for a brand name that I trusted, and this product does not let the LG name down at all.

DESIGN
The TV looks really modern and it is very slim, and lightweight. When I was carrying the box through the shopping centre, I realised my suitcase is often heavier! This is great, particularly if you want to wall mount your TV, it's not hard to lift it and put it in place.
The black surround is narrow, which means you are not adding inches of plastic to your TV set, this is really important for me, as the space where I put the TV is just wide enough to accommodate around 33 inches!

FEATURES
When purchasing my TV, it was important to have the two HDMI Connection ports, and this is available on this TV. For me, having a SKY HD subscription I wanted a full HD tv, or a native 1080p setup, and this is the case on the LG.
When you turn on the TV, it connects to the HDMI Input within a few seconds, but it is very easy to flick through the inputs, to change to your Games console or DVD player.
I really like the menu system on this TV, all the options are very clear and straightforward to use.
There is inbuilt freeview, which I do not use, but it seemed to pick up a good range of the available channels.

PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY
The sound on the TV is excellent, and often I find level 12 to be loud enough to watch the news or a film. The picture quality is very good from most positions. If you are sitting looking at the TV Straight on, you'll enjoy fantastic picture quality, but it deteriorates as you pass about 120 degrees, I noticed the quality to appear to 'white'. It's not too much of a problem for me, but in some situations or home set-ups, it might be.

SUMMARY
For just over £275, you cannot go wrong! It's a great price and you get a good quality and easy to use product for the price.
