Advantages: HD
Disadvantages: None
I bought this TV about 9 months ago and have not had any problems with it. Initially I was worried that 32 inches was too small, but once I had put it in place in the living room it was obvious that it was of ample size. Installation was straightforward, with the quick set up guide in the instruction manual helping enormously.
LG have maintained their elegant styling on this TV, the product is pleasing on the eye even when not in use. The TV has guides to keep unsightly wires tidy and hidden, adding to the appeal overall good looks. The TV also has a curved LED light which changes from red when off to blue when on.
Although not supplied with the TV, a bracket is available to fit it to the wall. A word of caution though, if your walls are made of plasterboard don't take this option. I looked into this but was told that the walls would not be strong enough to support the weight of the TV.
This is my first HD TV, and I have to say that the difference in quality is very noticeable, although in order to benefit from this you will need a HD feed through Sky or Virgin. HD needs to be viewed through the correct channel on the TV, this is simple to find through the on screen menu.
I would recommend this TV to anyone who is looking to buy a reasonable sized TV for their living room.

- 26/10/09 Just a little more detail on picture quality and I'd probably have rated this VU. I smiled at the first para, though: not so very many years ago in CRT days, a 32" screen would have been thought huge! |
