cost what they do. The first point to note is that it looks good; it isn t a cheap supermarket giveaway . The speakers are hidden from view, in fact I m not entirely sure where they are, even after 1 year of ownership. I wasn t convinced at first by idea of hidden speakers, but can now see how they make for a better looking TV. Picture quality is superb; I ve never been disappointed. The TV boasts an amazing 50000:1 contrast ratio! The results from my Bluray Player are as one would expect. I m not a big watcher of sport so cannot comment on that. was also the in-store price. This was my first LCD TV after upgrading from a 28" CRT and initially it seemed huge, it was like being at the cinema in comparison to our old set! As always, the TV soon started to look too small and now leaves me wanting a 37" LCD! The slimline nature of LCD and plasma TVs means they can be positioned further back than a bulky CRT set and this can help create more distance between the screen and your seating position.
