returned home with an enormous box full of polystyrene - no chance of damaging the product en route home. Luckily it also contained everything I needed to set up my LG 42 LF 66 in time for Corrie. I unpacked my 42 inch flat screen TV. It was pretty heavy and I needed help to get it unpacked safely. It balances on quite a small pedestal stand which fixes into the centre. This is very attractive and sleek but is slightly difficult to put together (not like my previous tele which sat on its own bottom!) smaller set you can t expect wonders. I also tried COD4 which looks better and BioShock which looked the best of the three but the TV did show a weakness in its black levels. To be blunt, don t expect much from the built in speakers. They sound very high pitched and bad quality... but as I used a Turtle Beach headset with 5.1, this didn t bother me as they never get used. For DVD it s okay, the smaller screen makes them less satisfying and don t even think about using it for Blu Ray! As it s only a 20", setting the TV up is basically non-existant.
