you re planning on getting ready for the digital switch over, then I would definitely recommend to do the switch over with LG. I once had a phone from LG which I thought was the worst thing I d ever spent my money on, therefore was very skeptical about buying a TV from them, but to be honest this has proven me completely wrong. I cannot fault this television aside from the internal speakers, although they are good, when the TV is loud you can occasionally get a rattle and everything does sound better through a surround sound - though that is always the case!
