Great price, great features, buy it!

This review originally apperaed on ciao.co.uk under my user name there.

This is a brilliant value for money LCD TV. I have this model in my bedroom and have had it for around 6 months now.
No warm up time and utterly stylish. It is wall mountable and HD ready.
The disadvantage of it is the fact that it does not have a built in digital tuner although the fact that a digibox can be bought for around £20 now makes me think that this is hardly a flaw. At least if the digital tuner pops, you only have to buy a new digibox.
I like the fact that you can adjust the colour and brightness according to the level of light in the room through LGs 'psm' function.
The volume is good, the sound quality excellent.
The remote is large, slim and stylish wth clear markers for the buttons.
With no glare, no pixelisation and a stylish silver surround ths is a must have for smaller rooms. Future proof, pratical with 2 scart socket and a HDMI connection I would recommend this to anyone.
The installation process wasn't as easy as some TVs on the market and you have to go through various other channels to choose the right input that you need but a good instruction book, picture and sound quality make up for the fact.
Another point to make is that this is a third generation LCD tv. the difference being the amount of pixels and contrast ratios along with LGs unique 'XD' technology allowing for a better picture with less glare.
I must admit that LG have been brilliant lately and they really are in the forefront with TVs, I would say that Sony have really gone off the boil. Just a little bit more info for those of you not sure whether to get plasma or LCD, plasma (picture made through plasma gasses) can get screen burn, if an image is on for an extended period of time (such as a chanel logo) the screen will retain the image, even when switched off.
LCD can be slightly blurry but as long as you are sitting at least four foot away from a ssensible sized TV you won't notice this and the blurring usually occurs through sports, not normal TV. The price is around £550.
