I bought this t.v in november from additions for 499.99. i have never owned a product from LG berfore but my friend swears by them so i thought id give it a try. The t.v is beautiful, the finish is superb, its got a shiny finish. (little people finger prints stick out by a mile so we wall mounted ours.) There are no buttons on display, only a discreet on/off button on the front. All the other controls are via remote or by a panel of buttons on the side that are not visible. The speakers are also not visible and this gives the tv a really sleek look. Freeview is built in and there many different functions for viewing the listings and guides of programmes. also a really ...

and i was blown away while playing gran turismo 5. it has built in freeview, which is incredibly easy to use, and the picture quality is great. thats another thing, its incredibly easy to use. just 3 button presses, and you can switch between different inputs. you can have the TV on a stand ( as shown in the picture ) or you can hang it on your wall, ( to really impress your mates! ) the sound is also impressive. it uses a technology called " invisible speakers", so the speakers are inside the tv. this gives great sound quality. so if your looking for a fantastic quality full hd tv, look no further! you will not be dissapointed with ...

Note that 5000, 5010, and 5020 are really same product (I asked LG). Looked at this with other 37 inch 1080p TVs in several shops and it always seemed at least as good as anything in its price class and indeed better than some costing rather more. The tuner side works well, our Wharfedale box (about a year old) would drop signal on the non-BBC multiplexes to the extent that on a bad day it was unwatchable, the LG doesn t lose signal at all so far. I should add we are definitely in a poor signal area, we can only get Freeview at all because we re on a hill, the transmitter is almost 50 miles away (obviously we have a serious antenna). If you re picky the picture isn t ...
