boxing day morning my daughter came running up the stairs really upset. The telly's broken! she said, so i went to have a look, as she wanted to watch cbeebies. i thought she'd perhaps pressed the wrong button and changed the channel, but no, the tv was on standby and wouldnt turn on. Conveniently it was boxing day, so there were sales on everywhere. We had a look in a couple of shops and didnt really see any brilliant deals-even went to Makros, but no. i had convinced my husband (who actually wanted a 42 inch) that as our old tv was only 26 inches that the 32 inch was more than big enough. that is until we went into Currys.
