Go Panasonic (Panasonic TX-32LMD70F)
Name: Goldfinger
Advantages: Ease of use and great quality Disadvantages: None I can think of Held off for ages buying a digital TV as most on offer were of a silver colour type and would just not have fitted in with my rooms decor. Saw this TV and decided there and then that this would be the replacement for an older (25 years) Panasonic analogue TV. Found also a wide ranging price difference between the high street and internet retailers, but settled for Digital Direct which gave me over a two hundred pound cheaper deal than the cheapest high street retailer. Delivery was prompt, in within four working days, and the appliance was well packaged. Set up was very easy, in fact childs play. Removing this from its box, fixing the aerial, mains plug and scart socket were the hardest tasks. The television then goes through its own self checks and you are literall viewing within minutes. Absolutely no manual tuning with this. Both picture and sound quality are excellent, and its an extreme pleaure to watch. Well worth the money, and I hope it lasts as long as my last Panasonic. Would recommend without hesitation. Summary: Totally recommended
