My Panasonic TX-37LZD70F (or TX-37 for short) is my bedroom and university television. It is 37 inches and boasts a widescreen full HD 1080p screen. It is black in colour with some silver/anthracite detailing around the bottom of the screen.
The quality of the TV picture cannot be argued with, I've used Sky, my PS3, a DVD player and the digital TV provided with the television and all has been top quality. Sky and my PS3 were used with a HDMI cable and this produced and even crisper and high quality image, it was noticeably better than when used without such a cable so I'd recommend purchasing such an item when buying a television.
The TV comes in around the £500 mark which for a TV of such quality is a very decent price. There are many similar quality TV's that go for around the £700 mark, although this is an older model now so may be going for cheaper if found anywhere online.
The TV has enough HDMI and scart lead slots for several things to be run off it. At one stage I used my PS3, DVD player, sky + and an old VHS recorder through the TV and it was able to handle all appliances! It features buttons on the side of the TV which include a standby on and off button that can be used to save electricity if turned off completely at night without needing to unplug the TV.
The 37" screen is a brilliant size for my bedroom and university room, it is big enough to watch from near and across the room but not so big that it dwarfs everything else in the room.
The remote control provided and buttons on the TV make it very easy to use and navigate through.
The large surround around the TV is frustrating, especially on the left and right of the screen, it looks as if the screen could be a few inches bigger and makes the TV as a unit a lot wider without the screen itself actually being bigger. I have seen TV's over 40" that are a similar width the this TV.
My second and last bug bear with this TV is the size of the stand, its a very deep stand, which although makes the TV more stable it becomes tough to fit on several stands I have purchased.
Love watching the TV, a few little problems but nothing of real substance that would put me off purchasing the TV.
