As a huge fan of P Panasonic s range of televisions I wanted to get a set to use with my XBOX 360 for high definition gaming. I wanted to use an LCD set because it s generally a better fit for video games but up until this set was released the largest LCD they made was a 32" model with only plasmas above that. As good as they are the power consumption is a little bit of an issue so I was delighted to see this model get a release. Having had the set for around eighteen months now i m as pleased with it as I was at first purchase. The TX-32LED7FA was bought from a local supplier who did the initial setting up and tuning in for me. It is proving fairly reliable and the picture quality is good. It's easy to use via the remote control. Start up takes a few seconds for the red light to go on, and a few seconds more for the green light which brings up the channels. Sometimes the green light doesn't come on and I have to switch off at the mains and start again. I always switch the TV off at the wall socket when not in use as these LCD TVs use a lot of electricity when left on standby and, according to the specification, this model uses 1 watt.
