This tv is not just a tv. But everything! For me after buying this tv with the purpose of it to go in my room i have now connected a freeview box and my pc! Obviously its a cracking pc monitor as its huge and is only just below 1080p resolution! I use it with 1680x1050 resolution and its looks absolutly stunning and for me most of the prices were great because i knew i was not only getting a tv but a pc screen. The tv is great too. Due to me having a small room i had to opt for a slightly smaller sized tv (small for tv but not for pc screen). This was so it didnt blur like someone stupid who has a 60" in a 4 meter room. Overall this TV/pc screen has performed ...

General - I bought my Philips 26” LCD a week ago whilst searching for a replacement for a smaller Sony one. There are so many to choose from these days with so many different manufacturers. I was recommended a Philips by a person who was heavily involved in Sony TV division. Build Quality - The TV is completely silver. I like this kind of clean look to a TV. You seem to get that precise and efficient look with it sitting on the TV stand, clean cut no nonsense type feeling. On a whole the TV looks well built and well finished. When you get it you have to attach the stand yourself. This is easy to do and is done using a few screws to attach the base to the TV. I can ...

I chose this television in November 2004 as my 18th birthday present. It has now been around 3 or 4 months now and I have had no technical problems. I must note that prior to buying this television, s. I did look at a lot of LCD televisions, so my compliments and criticisms of this television are both on its own merit and relative to competitor product Included in the box is the television itself, the stand to place it on a cabinet, the remote and instructures, along with all the wires required. First impressions out of the box are good, with packaging thorough and well designed. Set up of the television is easy, however I felt that there was a lack of manuals ...
