the television is mega, the picture quality is better then expected. The price was a bit steep £999 but you pay for quality so if you looking for quality buy p Philips its better then sony and the rest of the other companies. i bought this last month. Its not just these television but its all of them there prone to brake. When i bought the item i had to send it back becasue it would not turn on for some crazy reason so i hope thats not a problem with the televisions. pixelated when you are sitting closer, but from the very corner of the room it looks amazing! having said that, it is still a massive improvement on our previous non LCD TV . The speakers are behind the screen so the sound appears to be coming through the screen, which enhances the viewing experience. Sound quality is also excellent. I also use the TV for listening to the radio. The TV has its own TV guide where you can find out what it on now and next on all channels, and information about the programmes.
