I've had this 42" Hd ready lcd television for a little over a year now and i'm very pleased with it's performance and has served me well, this model does everything you need it to do and does it well. It has two hdmi sockets at the back for your Hd needs like blu-ray players and playstation 3 or xbox 360. This machine is full HD and shows films in 1080p and 1080i, games get shown in 720p instead.

This set has freeview built in and the screen size can be changed from widescreen to letter box then 4:3, 14:9, 16:9.

The on and off button is located at the side off the machine along side the volume and channel change. And of course the remote is user friendly has an electronic programme guide and options to change the audio (movie,personal,voice,music) and picture (rich,natural,soft,multimedia) which can be altered.

This is very competitvely priced and a good all round performer for your viewing pleasure.
