... LED. The price was much better at that. This tv comes with a load of features for image and sound enhancements. It is perhaps the lightest and sleekest of any 47" LCD I have had. The BluRay reception is astonishing! This LCD is almost 3D like. It seems to pick up every detail and movement of what is happening, be it fast or slow. Philips has done it again, but don't take my word for it cause it is just something you have to see for yourself. Besides, if you don't like it you can always return it.

Excellent! as any Philips LCD always has been. I went to the store intent on upgrading my old Philips 32" to a Samsung LED tv, but once I got the chance to compare the Philips and Samsung side by side, the choice was clear as the picture quality and sound of the Philips was far better than that of the LED. The price was much better at that. This tv comes with a load of features for image and sound enhancements. It is perhaps the lightest and sleekest of any 47" LCD I have had.
