Philips 32 PW 6315 ... to flicker blue and green with lines running horizontally across it for the first couple of munites that it was switched on. i spoke to the shop and the guy said it was probably because my hi-fi speakers were too close to it, they weren't that close but i moved them anyway with no change in the end result. i tried de-guassing the screen which still made no difference. i emailed the Philips technical people via their website (now about 4 months ago still with no replies) Finally over a period of weeks the situation became worse and worse with the picture going blue for long periods of time until it went from annoying to watch to unbearable. Philips 28 PW 6006 ... looking at the wide variety of TV's around we finally decided with the help of magazine reviews that this was the best value for money! The TV benefits from many features including; a super flat blackline FX tube (for a better picture), incredible surround sound, nicam stereo, FM Radio,(which stores upto 40 stations) and teletext Page memory, (which stores your favourite pages). We found the best price for the TV currently is Allders at £419 in their 20% off sale, this also included their own 5 year warranty, which you generally had to pay about £100+ more with most other companies. Philips 28PW6515 ... bought our Philips 28PW6515 last October from a local Philips dealer. It was part of a package that included a video & DVD player. We set it all up & switched on - immediately, I noticed that the right hand side of the picture was distorted. It looked like those blind spot mirrors you can buy for your car. I also noticed a white "halo" across the bottom of the picture. I rang the dealer & they sent out 2 engineers to have a look at it, but they couldn't fix it.
