I bought this television a year ago for £350 and it was proved to be an excellent buy. It looks stylish and will fit in with most set ups.
I have this TV connected to my laptop with a cable and the picture quality is brilliant and comes with a wide range of settings to alter the colours for better viewing quality. It can be quickly changed from various sound settings to suit what you're watching, ie: films, music etc. The sound quality is very, very good. It is completely future ready and it is a great all round television. I quite often connect my Nintendo Wii and Playstation 3 to this television and the gaming quality is excellent. It provides a really sharp, crisp picture and refreshes very quickly so that it looks high quality, and this can also be said for films. The remote also has a lot of little features which add it's appeal.
Overall, it is a reasonably priced television if you are looking for something stylish and good quality.
after perusing the net to find a new tv, samsung was one of the few brands i expected to find in my price range. i purchased it from an ebay retailer for £200 with free delivery and it came in the box umopened with all the trimmings and ive never looked back. its fantastic! the picture quality is great, the sound quality is great and everything is so simple and easy to use. instalation was a doddle and it took only 10 mins and it looks fantastic, it used to sit on a unit but i decided it would look better on the feature wall above the fire and the hardest part about wall mounting was drilling through a contrete wall without switching the drill to the hammer setting (doh...)
an excellent value tv for only £200 pounds its even 70 quid cheaper than tescos own technika brand!!! it has plenty of hdmi, usb, scart and even a vga port for use with pc's etc. not to mention HD gaming has never looked so good.
My housemates and I were searching for a new TV to occupy an empty corner in our new student digs. I noticed that Makro were doing a great deal on this TV and, after checking out the features (below) I managed to persuade the others that this would be a good purchase.
We wanted a reasonably affordable TV with good quality picture output for movies and gaming, but a good size for our living room. Having had this TV for a while I can say that it fits the bill perfectly!
It was a doddle to set up out of the box and looks cool with its gloss black finish. The picture, despite being only 720p, is beautiful, particularly from the HDMI input playing movies through a laptop, or a hi-def gaming console. Colours are bright and vivid, response time is quick so I have noticed no picture delay or streaking and colour contrast is good across a wide range to suit the user. Coming from someone who insists on using a 5.1 140W speaker system for his computer, I have to say also that sound quality is very good from the native speakers, plenty of bass and no tinny quality at higher levels. Freeview reception is easy to configure and, despite our very dodgy wall-cavity aerial cable, is very good and pictures are rendered excellently.
A problem I often have with TVs, as petty as it may seem, is the remote! They are often unnecessarily big, under-responsive or power-hungry. The remote for this TV is none of those things - easy to use, responsive and, after 6 monts, I haven't changed the batteries yet. One last thing about this TV is that, despite being relatively affordable, is nonetheless from a reliable and high-quality manufacturer - often if you compromise on price, you compromise in quality (not mentioning any names!)
So this really is a fantastic mid-range TV, I would recommend it to anyone.

We decided we needed a new TV for the bedroom. We have had a small portable for the last few months since our last one died a horrible death and we were getting fed up with the small picture.
After a look around a few shops and searching the internet I came to the decision to buy a Samsung LE32B450 32" LCD TV
Once you have opened the box you find that you have to put the stand together (unless you are fitting it onto the wall) it's in 3 pieces that screw together very easily.
Once you have fitted the stand you can connect all your cables and then turn it on.
The great thing with TVs nowadays is that they tune themselves in. It only took a couple of minuets to tune the freeview channels. We also had the Sky signal sent to the TV via a Digital Sender.
The picture quality was outstanding for a TV of this price. Some of the reviews I had read said the sound was not very good. I can say that the sound was great with no problems at all.
The TV is HD ready so if you have HD of a BlueRay player then they will work fine on this set.
It comes with a remote and also has buttons on the side of the set if you require them. The screen is very clear with minimal glare.
