I have recently due to an enormous stroke of luck been able to relegate my 32 inch widescreen Sony to the bedroom in favour of my shiny new 37 inch Samsung. I entered a reverse auction on a radio station and won this Samsung LE37A457, the auction worked on the basis of the lowest unique bid would win the TV and my bid of 309p won me the telly, yes that s three hundred and nine pence (£3.09)!!! I had actually been very happy with my Sony TV but you don t realise how outdated something can be after only 18 months till you come face to face with a newer model. The LE37A436T is part of Samsung s Series 6 Range and features a 37 inch widescreen LCD capable of displaying a 720p picture (meaning you can watch High Definition content, ie: Sky HD or BluRay). It has a built in freeview receiver with EPG (Electronic Program Guide), three HDMI inputs, a pair of Scart sockets, and VGA in for hooking up a computer. On the output side you get an RCA out and optical out for hooking this TV up to an amplifier.
