shops, compared picture quality and price - and then bought it cheaper on the internet! It s black, chic and funky-looking so it does not look like a monstrosity in the corner of your room when it s turned off. When on, its picture is defined, clear and vibrant - much preferable to many other t.v.s. Sound quality is also clear and crisp. Also, 26" seems plenty big enough for my semi-deteached living room. I have my tv connected to cable + a dvd player + a video player and it all works fine and dandy. I dread having to set up t.v.s but the Samsung was ok. The remote control is easy to operate. I have had the t.v for around four years now and there has been no ...

I purchased this LCD screen through TribalUK.co.uk (See TribalUK review) around 2 years ago. At the time the TV was one of the best available in the 26" range and I was more than happy to pay the £484 that I did. I had done a thorough scan of all the high street and web shops and compared picture quality live via Curry s/ Comet etc. I decided that a Samsung TV would provide me with the picture quality and clarity I required. The TV seemed to provide a far brighter image than all the others around it and for me this is quite important, I had dark pictured screens because they can never quite provide the same level of detail. I received the TV in full working ...

In the end we went for the Samsung on the basis its picture was good and the design looked right with the stand available with it. We opted for the 26 inch screen as we did not want the set to over power the room and also we felt the smaller screen had better picture quality which to me was more important than having a huge box taking up half the living space. So the Samsung LE26R41BDX was ordered and delivered a week later, but not having the Sky connected till two days later meant it being set up on the DVD only. Mrs Scenic had been given the run down of the set by the Comet installer, but as with me the technology involved in modern electronics washes straight over ...
