Evening entertainment at its best

Advantages: affordable, good picture quality
Disadvantages: Heavy to install
This TV came with the flat I have been renting for the past two years. It is wall mounted on a strong bracket but it is suitable to stand on a table with an attachment.
The TV is HD ready, although I do not have sky or anything that runs through HD so its of no use to me.
I use the TV mainly to watch things on my laptop, so I connect a VGA cable to the back of the TV (really tricky to do as the tv is against the wall and you have to reach your hand behind) and you can have your laptop content on the big screen. I also have my Wii plugged into a seperate slot and the clarity of the games graphics is just fantastic.
If you are purchasing this TV then I would recommend not getting it attached to the wall, simply because it is so hard to insert cables into the back of it. It is also very heavy as we had to remove it once for redecorating and you will need at least 2 people to install it to the wall or take it off.
The TV can be operated by 6 small buttons at the bottom right, or you can use a remote. Its easy to switch between being on the normal tv function to the pc use channel, it also has a dvd setting and others that I havent used. It has intergrated freeview if you have an aerial but we dont have one attached to the flat.
The picture quality is just excellent on every level. The sound quality is ok but nothing special, I have a speaker system plugged into my laptop. If you have surround sound then you will have a much better experience with movies.
As this tv is quite old now you can get a really good deal, its not the most up to date one but it does a really good job and has been very reliable for the two years I have been using it.
Summary: A lovely tv to have been using for two years
