I was impressed with the glass bottom on the stand (mainly for being sturdier then I had originally anticipated) and the front lighting.
The sound is crisp, and the picture quality is what I've come to expect from samsung (outstanding).
The only draw back (if you can call it that) is that its a projection TV (which means the lamp projects off of glass which means the Set extends a bit further back then the picture would imply).
All and all its one of my favorite Samsung Models......moreMore Samsung televisions

Im co owner of an elctronics repair shop, My company is one of Samsung's warranty companies (by that I mean, Samsung sublets its repair work for its products to small repair companies such as my own. They provide the parts and pay for labor, another reason why its good to get an extended warrenty on any electronic product you purchase) Out of the thousands of TV's i see per year the Samsung Sp-50L7HX is by far the most ascetically pleasing.
