Samsung UE-46C5800

I originally started looking at the 46C6000 but it's a good deal more expensive than this set - but here's the argument, while the 6000 has fancier network capabilities, the limitations (in particular no fast forward, reverse, resume on video playback) mean I would be using a media PC anyway - so why bother, save some cash. So I've been using the 5800 for a couple of weeks now and I'm delighted. The picture quality is outstanding, while the concerns about LED backlighting being uneven proven to be false. you can pick this up for under 1150. I am slightly bias to Samsung as the last three tv s that I have bought have all been of that brand, but this is the most cost effective way to get 3D into your living room. I did experiance some ghosting on some 3D content, but motor-storm and wipeout on the PS3 look absoultely amazing with no apparent flaws. It s really hard to find reviews for this TV, but i say go with your gut and pick it up if you are on a budget and want to see this new tech.
